Seychelles

Seychelles, officially the Republic of Seychelles, is an archipelago spanning an archipelago of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean that lies 1,500 kilometers east of mainland Africa off the coasts of Kenya and Tanzania. The archipelago consists of granite islands, coral islands and coral cays stretching across a 3,000-kilometer arc to the north and east. One of the most remote places on earth, the Seychelles remained uninhabited until the 1740s and the islands are now a world leader in the concept of sustainable tourism.[source]
